Our fleet of 7 Mazak Integrex multi-axis machining centers combines turning and milling operations in a single setup, reducing handling and holding tighter tolerances on complex geometries. This is the backbone of our shop for parts that demand simultaneous multi-axis contouring. By eliminating multiple setups, we reduce cumulative tolerance stack-up and cut lead times on your most demanding parts. Our experienced programmers leverage full 5-axis simultaneous capability to produce undercuts, compound angles, and contoured surfaces that would otherwise require multiple operations or custom fixturing.
