Our 2023 FANUC RoboCut 800 series wire EDM machine allows us to cut intricate profiles and hardened materials with extreme precision -- ideal for tooling, fixtures, and complex production geometries that conventional machining can't reach. Wire EDM uses a thin electrically charged wire to precisely cut conductive materials regardless of hardness, making it the go-to process for hardened tool steels, carbide, and any geometry that requires sharp internal corners or thin-wall features.
